Airport Pick-Up: A Rio Sagrado van picks up our guests from Cuzco airport and delivers them to Rio Sagrado Hotel. The van is fitted with an avant-garde oxygen-delivering mechanism specially designed for high altitude sickness, a soiree of eclectic Andean folkloric music and a video tour of Rio Sagrado Hotel, Villas & Spa's facilities.

Golf Carts: Rio Sagrado provides a golf cart transportation service within the property. The cartway leads to virtually every location within the compound (specifically rooms, villas, lobby, Spa, restaurant, bar, pool, among others), keeping in mind leisure traveler’s comfort needs.

Concierge: From dining reservations and tour programs for the sophisticated traveler, or river rafting and traveling aboard on a hot air balloon for the more adventurous, Rio Sagrado’s Concierge desk will accommodate your wishes and desires. Our concierge can arrange a full day, or maybe an overnight, travel to Machu Picchu leaving from the Ollantaytambo Train Station, which is only a few miles down the road, or perhaps arrange for child care in order to book a pleasant evening at our award-winning spa.

Travel Information Computer: Located next to the Concierge desk, the Travel Information Computer is available for all guests to conveniently use for comparing flights prices and availability, attractions, restaurants, nightlife, tour services, among others.

Transfers: Upon request our Concierge can arrange transfers for guests and/or their luggage to/from the hotel and the Ollantaytambo Train Station.

Laundry Services: In-house laundry services are provided to our guests from Monday through Friday. Please make sure to deliver your laundry before 10 A.M. for room delivery by 6 P.M.

Postal Services: Our Concierge desk will provide to all your mailing needs.

Internet: Wireless high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the Rio Sagrado compound.

Long Distance Calls: Should you need to make long distance calls during your stay at Rio Sagrado, please check in with the front desk to make the service available.

Childcare: While the Urubamba experience is idyllic for a family getaway, there are some spoils and amenities you won’t want to miss. Upon request, our concierge can arrange for childcare during your stay at Rio Sagrado. Childcare is provided by a select group of ladies who have undergone extensive background checks and a thorough evaluation by Rio Sagrado staff members and a child psychologist consultant.

Picnic Baskets: Urubamba promises to indulge your outdoor fantasies and an open-air picnic may just be the way to go about. You can request picnic baskets to our room service representative. Please place your orders with three hours of anticipation.

Room Service: A wide selection of dishes from our “El Huerto” Restaurant and “La Cava” Bar, as well as gourmet sandwiches, snacks, soups, and salads are available for in-room service from 10 AM. to 1 AM. Monday through Sunday.

Luggage Store: Rio Sagrado provides up to five days luggage storage at no charge with transfer to the Ollantaytambo Train Station, if required.
